Getting rid of man boobs by doing a thousand bench presses isn’t going to work. Focusing your workouts on overall fat loss will eventually shed those extra pounds on your chest.

Which exercises shed pounds the fastest? Surprisingly enough, lifting weights will shrink your man boobs faster than cardio. This is because lifting builds muscle, and muscle takes calories just to maintain.

According to the editor of Men’s Health, one pound of muscle burns up to 50 extra calories a day. Add 10 pounds of muscle, and your body burns 500 extra calories a day just from sitting around.

Hit The Road
Yep, you can walk your way to a smaller chest. While extra muscle burns fat all day, cardio burns fat only while you’re working out, but man it really packs a whollop. It takes a little while to build muscle before you see results. Cardio works NOW.

The most import part of this to pick something and stick with it. Getting rid of man boobs won’t happen overnight. All you have to do is stick with it for a couple weeks, and you’ll start to see results. Then there’ll be no stopping you!

I realize that diet and exercise are hard. But think of this. People will stop talking behind your back. You’ll actually be able to run somewhere, and your man boobs won’t bounce up and down worse than an actress on Baywatch. What would you do to stop that?
